Kindergarten Registration Information for the 2019-20 School Year

The Onteora Central School District is implementing a new registration system this year, so you will no longer receive paper registration packets unless you specifically request them.  We are implementing an Online Registration process that will make student registration more convenient, more efficient and more environmentally conscious.  You will no longer need to make an appointment to meet in person with our District Registrar, although she is always available to answer questions or provide assistance

Important Information About Student Meals and the Government Shutdown

The Onteora Food Service Department would like to make families impacted by the recent government shutdown (and all families with financial hardship for any reason) aware of important information regarding assistance you may be entitled to. If your income has been reduced or eliminated (even if only on a temporary basis), your children may be eligible for free or reduced-price breakfasts and/or lunches at school... select the headline above to download the application.

District Enhances Security with New Visitor Management System

In light of the enhanced focus on safety and security in our schools, we are writing to let you know that we will begin using a new visitor management system in all of our schools starting in September. Part of keeping students and faculty safe is knowing who is in our buildings at all times, and our new system will enable us to do that.

Transportation information for the 2018-19 school year is now available on the student/parent portal. Please log in for the most up to date information. If you are unable to log in to the portal to retrieve transportation information, please contact your child's school.
